| Camping Promotions Committee: |
This Committee will deal with promoting camping and all things Boy Scoutfor the public. OA in camp will be regulated by this committee, as well as other events to promote camping. |
| Ceremonies Committee: |
This committee willbe in charge of putting on fabulous cremonies. Working closely with the Inductions committee, this committee will fit ceremonies in at the perfect timeof day during an ordeal or brotherhood weekend, and put on a show like no other. Members can learn cremonial parts, help set up ceremonial grounds or help in any way to make ceremonies a success. Also a dance team would be a subdivision of this committee. |
| Communications Committee: |
This committee will be able to do all things for the lodge having to do with communications and letting people know things. The web site and newsletter will be produced by this committee. Mailings, e-mail, phone calls, and all things to let people know what is happening will be done by this committee. Shows and campfires put on at events will be this committee's responsibility as well. |
| Finance Committee: |
Working closely with the treasurer, this committee will regulate the lodge's budget, apportioning money, and keep fund raising up to date. |
| Inductions Committee: |
This committee will plan out all ordeals and brotherhood weekends. All new members up through brotherhood will be regulated by this committee to be sure to have people staying active and having fun. Members of this committee will plan ordeal weekends, help younger and newer arrowmen, and other induction activities. |
| Membership Committee: |
This committee will keep accounts of who is in the lodge, who has and hasn't paid dues, and who is in what committee. They will take care of membership accounts. |
| Service Committee: |
This committe would be in charge of making sure our lodge gets its yearly dose of service. Being an Ordeal dedicated to cheerful service, it is important that we have people planning for how we can give back to the community. This committee will be creative in finding ways to do service, have fun, and keep our ties of brotherhood burning strong all at the same time. |
| Special Events Commitee: |
This committee is in charge os setting up, planning, and following through with lodge events. This includes the banquet, webelos woods, and basically any other events that the lodge does. |
| Vigil Committee: |
This Committee will deal with all things Vigil, from ceremonies to tap out, to elections. |
