An OA Conclave is where lodges from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont get together to have fun, share ideas, and grow the spirit of the Order of the Arrow. If you were around at the time you may remember that our lodge hosted the 2006 Conclave at Wah-Tut-Ca Scout Reservation.
This year's Conclave is at Mount Norris Scout Reservation in Eden, Vermont on June 6-8. The cost is $35 if you have your registration in by April 11. It is $40 after that date. More information about the Conclave program can be found at www.ne1a.org. Information about carpooling to the Conclave will be sent to those who register. Note: Due to the distance from Haverhill to Eden a departure prior to school dismissal may be necessary.
Attached are the registration forms for the event including a health history form. If you are under 18 the health history should be completed and signed by your parent. Return the registration and health form along with your check for $35 to the Haverhill Service Center:
